Role Overview:

The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist at Incubeta provides advice and support to our Northern European clients and agencies. You work on delivering end-to-end solutions from strategic advice and tactical direction to operational execution.

As a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for our Northern European clients and agencies, guiding their business success across Google's paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, DV360, SA360, CM360).

You also have a deep understanding and expertise in social media advertising platforms like Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, Pinterest, and/or LinkedIn Ads.

You'll leverage your deep knowledge to strategise, create and optimise campaigns, analyse performance, and identify new opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the media landscape, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing strategic advice, and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to assess campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ad tech and media strategies that align with clients' business objectives
  • Drive innovation in the use of Ad Tech platforms and media strategies to enhance client campaigns.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, providing high-level strategic advice on media and Ad Tech solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, technology providers, and advertisers.
  • Work on data-driven strategies that leverage advanced analytics, audience insights, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Use analytics to optimize campaigns and drive improved client outcomes, ensuring high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed of new technologies and developments in Ad Tech.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on advertising technology and media strategy.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of programmatic buying technologies, audience targeting, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
