Role Summary
The HR Business Partner for Southern Europe will be responsible for delivering a full spectrum of HR services across our Southern Europe offices. This role will support business leaders in aligning people strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and cultivating a thriving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Operations:
- Provide guidance to managers and leadership on HR concerns, such as performance management, annual performance reviews, development plans, succession planning, compensation and organizational design..
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with the full employee administration, including onboarding, changes in employment terms, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR-related documentation, such as contracts, addendums, confirmation letters, and other employee communications.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and changes.
- Administer employee benefits programs, assisting employees with queries and enrollment.
Employee Support & Relations:
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and basic employment matters.
- Provide support in addressing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures, under the guidance of senior HR team members.
- Assist with various employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Recruitment Support:
- Responsible for job postings, applicant tracking, and maintaining candidate databases
- Responsible for the process by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and managing candidate correspondence..
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc HR reports and analytics as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of HR experience, Experience in digital marketing, highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Foundational understanding of general HR principles, practices, and basic employment law.
- Languages: Must be fluent in both English and a Southern European language (Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese)
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Must have an understanding of the Digital environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
