We are looking for a sales consultant to join our team in our Nordic office in Copenhagen.

As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible to advise in the sales process with our existing and prospective customers by providing ideas, input and strategies to improve the quality of our services. You will help our customers with business process improvement, combining your deep understanding of our products to provide best-in-class solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams including our Ecommerce team who are working with clients on online marketplaces such as Amazon to drive customer communications, feature prioritization, and technical issue resolution, resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Advise our existing and prospective customers in delivering the most impactful and efficient strategies and help them analyze the data, trends and performance
  • Identify sales/upselling opportunities as well as business challenges and adds strategic experience to our customers in order for them to grow their business
  • Ability to understand the customer's key business and marketing challenges and opportunities and translate these in how our services can help them.
  • Support the Nordic Sales team to draw up and present strategic proposals towards customers inclusive timelines and costs of investments
  • Actively participating in sales, customer and team meetings.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and progress of ongoing consultancy projects such as migrations, new client setups
  • Engages proactively in sales meetings with prospects and customers and assists in analyzing necessary knowledge levels and advise account managers on customer needs
  • Design and implement customer training programs on site



The talent we are looking for

  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing environment, ideally from a Media or a Google agency
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing
  • Strong in strategic analysis and profound advisory skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs to deliver high level of satisfaction
  • Proven track record on successful business development gained at advertiser level
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, goal-oriented and team-player
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Fluent in Danish and English language
  • A people person - comfortable with collaboration and can build internal relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills
