Head of Search

Overview

We are looking for a strategic and passionate individual to become our Head of Search, who will be

responsible for spearheading and growing our Paid Search proposition for the UK. You will work closely

with our Tier 1 clients showcasing your Paid Search expertise, and driving forward our Paid Search

approach. In this role you will be a key figurehead within our Paid Media team internally and externally,

where we want you to be seen as the true paid search specialist in the marketing industry.


In this role, you will:

● Be a leader within Paid Search: Develop and own the channel proposition in the UK, which is in

line with the wider Incubeta strategy

● Champion Paid Search across the industry: Is regarded internally and externally as the Channel

expert through speaking opportunities, panels, blogs and thought leadership

● Ensure a high-test and learn culture: Ensure the channel team is innovating, and testing across

your channel and learnings are being rolled out where appropriate

● Inspire team members about your channel: Ensure guidance, mentorship, and training is

provided to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge for them to become future

leaders within your channel

● Ensure high quality of work: Accounts are regularly audited and reviewed to ensure our account

activity is maximised and of the highest quality.

● Build strong client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a

trusted advisor and strategic partner for T1 clients

● Contribute to new business: Leverage your expertise to support the new business team

● Drive consistency: Build and develop Paid Search best practices to ensure high quality and

consistent work.

● Stay ahead of the curve: Remain up to date with industry changes and ensure this is reflected

within our activity to ensure we maintain a competitive advantage.

We are looking for someone who has:


● A deep understanding of Paid Search, across all areas of the funnel and platforms

● Is confident in speaking and participating at external events

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

● The ability to motivate a high-performing team.

● The ability to influence and challenge both internal and external stakeholders

● A passion for digital media and a desire to stay ahead of the curve and constantly evolve how we approach paid search within Incubeta

Salary

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path. We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.

Learning and Development
