Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team on a 12 month FTC. The FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial projections using forecasting tool.

Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.

Help manage and develop forecasting tool

Financial Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making.

Prepare financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of business decisions.

Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and management reports.

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for management to provide insightful information

Business Partnering:

Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic goals.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.

Maintain and improve financial planning tool and systems.

Ad Hoc Analysis:

Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.

Support special projects and strategic initiatives with financial insights and analysis.

Experience:

3+ years of relevant working experience within FP&A or similar role

Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Experience working in global environment

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. (Planful experience a huge plus)

GSuite experience is a plus

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
