  • Location: Munich/Berlin/Zurich

Purpose of the Role

As our new Client Solution Director,you will be primarily responsible for our strategically important clients. You have a very good understanding to recognise and understand their overall business objectives. You will be guided by the dynamics of market changes and other external factors - and are able to use this to adapt the strategy in line with clients needs and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client growth and development is proactively sought and delivered upon, driving success for both Incubeta and our clients
  • Client growth plans are mapped out and progressed to ensure the right adoption of opportunities, innovation and solution deployment
  • New services are effectively connected into our into Client Growth Plans
  • Clients’ underlying business objectives, challenges and expectations are understood, and solutions given to support growth
  • Our clients' digital maturity is continuously progressed through challenging the status quo and providing ways to develop
  • You are seen as an expert in your field

  • You are well appraised of latest industry trends and developments and such insights are applied across your clients
  • Develop strong, lasting and profitable client relationships (you are the first point of contact with key stakeholders & decision makers)
  • Clients can trust you to provide them with a comprehensive understanding of the entire Incubeta service offering
  • A clear understanding of a client's wider business is developed enabling wider business problems to be solved through commercial understanding and trusted relationships
  • You are fully accountable for ensuring that the projects are delivered to the customer on time and to their complete satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • Master degree in Marketing or in a similar field
  • At least 5+ years of Data-Driven-Marketing & AdTech experience
  • Strong working knowledge of digital media strategy, buying processes and technology platforms
  • A tough and resilient ‘can do’ attitude
  • English language is fluently
  • German language is a plus
