This role will involve close collaboration with other Incubeta teams specializing in a range of digital channels, providing an immersive experience in the digital marketing realm.
This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, necessitating collaboration with a diverse clientele, from small enterprises to large corporations. Each client's requirements are unique, demanding meticulous attention to detail and a profound understanding of their specific needs. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate routine transactions, maintain strict credit control, and expedite invoice processing.
Beyond the day-to-day, this is an exciting opportunity to play a role in helping to shape the Incubeta team. You will contribute to training material, assist in building new processes, and inform the strategy behind the new services we look to deliver.
What are you going to learn:
- Will be supporting day-to-day transactions as needed,
- Support on Credit Control activities (reporting, data entry, and contacting clients),
- Assisting in month-end processes.
- Processing invoices as per request.
- Reconciliations.
- Administrative support, leading with auditors and tax consultants.
About You:
- You have an innate curiosity and a willingness to share ideas, thoughts, and insights with your team and around the business,
- You are energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and proactive,
- You possess excellent communication skills and work well with different departments across the business,
- You are process-driven and demonstrate an ability to embed best practices across your work output,
- You are enthusiastic and passionate about digital marketing,
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to relate results to client business objectives,
- You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, etc),
- You speak and write in advanced Spanish & English (Italian & Portuguese would be a super plus),
- You can sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months with any university or business school in Spain,
- You have strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email, and presentation,
- You must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine,
- You’re capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
