About You:

  • You have a passion for digital marketing and can be responsible for leading and managing a team of Paid Search Specialists,
  • You are able to be responsible for the proposition development of the channel,
  • You have experience in all or the majority of Google Ads, SA360 (though this role is not a hands on role),
  • You are used to managing a large team whilst being a support for all team members,
  • You have excellent time management and prioritisation skills for working across a wide client portfolio,
  • You are proactive and organised,
  • You have strong communication and management skills,
  • You have excellent commercial awareness and can spot new opportunities,
  • Bonus if you have any experience working with 3rd party technologies (third party software), ad fraud (Invalid Traffic), privacy knowledge and pitch experience.

The Role:

This is a great opportunity for you to be accountable for a team of account managers and account executives, leading on the development of the Paid Search delivery team. Your main priorities will be line management, team structure and resourcing whilst implementing best practices and automation. You act as an escalation point for Paid Search clients and channel experts in new business pitches.

Salary

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path. We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.
