English Copywriter
The Copywriter role will form part of the Creative Hub team, reporting into the Associate Creative DIrector, and working alongside a team of Traffic Managers, Creative Strategist, Creation Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Ad Developers and Client servicing teams. Works internally with all departments within the Creative Hub, US Client service teams and externally with clients.
Incubeta operates with offices in various regions worldwide, and the creative team specifically is structured as a “hub model”, think of that as a center of excellence for all things creative conceptualisation, strategy, execution and delivery. The creative hub works closely with representatives and client owners from all over the network. Our teams are spread across the globe; we have a mix of in-office and virtual teams.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented English Copywriter to join our US creative team, working on several well known brands across Finance, Tech, Healthcare and more. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy for digital, social media, SEO content, and branded advertising campaigns. This role requires a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt copy for various formats, platforms and tone of voice.
Key Responsibilities:
● Branded campaigns.
● Collaborate with the ACD and Art Director to develop creative concepts.
● Attend client briefing sessions and presentations
● Ensure copy aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and client objectives.
● Fully understand the brand’s offering and communicate this concisely with their audience..
● Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for digital ads, social media, SEO content, and
● Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
● Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications & Experience:
● 2+ years of experience in copywriting within a digital marketing or creative agency.
● Strong portfolio showcasing copy for digital, social media, SEO, and advertising.
● Excellent command of English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
● Experience in adapting content for different platforms and international markets.
● Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques would be useful.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range 43,000 - 48,000 USD Per year
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time based on individual and company performance. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's location, relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
