The Role
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our award-winning digital marketing services, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to drive growth in the UK. Balancing autonomy with collaboration, you’ll manage the entire commercial journey, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development: Manage inbound inquiries from partners while proactively driving new business opportunities through outreach efforts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, fostering trust and identifying opportunities for ongoing growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to maximise growth opportunities and deliver value to clients through compelling pitches.
- CRM Utilisation: Use HubSpot to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Proposal and Negotiation: Create tailored proposals, conduct commercial negotiations, and finalise contracts to drive measurable client success.
Clients: You’ll work with high-profile clients like Bloom & Wild, Superdry, and Direct Line Group, among others.
About You
- You have 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within the digital marketing industry, with a proven track record of building strategic relationships and closing deals.
- You excel at identifying opportunities and are driven by creating growth for both clients and the company.
- You possess strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (including analytics) and bring valuable experience in Software Sales, Analytics, Programmatic, or Affiliate marketing.
- You have experience managing the full sales cycle, adopting a proactive and strategic approach to meet client needs and deliver effective solutions.
