Position Overview:

As an Analytics Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client management , project, and team development. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, staying informed about industry updates, and fostering the professional growth of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Platform Support:
    • Provide expertise and support on platforms/ troubleshooting to clients such as GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and GTM (Google Tag Manager) to optimise client outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and identify potential opportunities.
    • Implement a robust feedback system, ensuring clients regularly provide input, and maintain a record of client satisfaction.
    • Develop and execute an overall client roadmap to enhance long-term relationships.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and inspire a high-performing team by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Support the personal and professional development of team members.
  • Project Management:
    • Efficiently manage project timelines, updates, and communications both internally and externally.
    • Conduct regular project reviews to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Industry Awareness:
    • Stay abreast of industry updates and thought pieces to ensure our team remains informed and ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in digital/ analytics and proficiency in GA4 and GTM.
  • Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent team leadership and management skills, with a focus on personal development.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to apply this knowledge to client solutions.

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path. We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.

Learning and Development

We have an in-house team of learning specialists who will ensure a smooth transition into your role and the wider business. As a minimum, you’ll have a forward looking development review every 6 months to discuss your career goals and our L&D team will be on hand to support you to get there.
