Media Specialist

If you are a media enthusiast looking for an opportunity that is a bit different from the standard Agency job profile, then this might be the role for you. We are not an Agency, we are a Digital Consultancy with a strong focus on AdTech. We help our clients by providing them with the technology, training, and strategic insight to transform their business.

The day-to-day will focus on aiding our Google Marketing Platform clients who utilize DV360. You will use all your programmatic experience- as you educate, advise, and guide your clients along their digital transformation.

This will be a diverse role as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients from Advertisers to Agencies, who will vary in their requirements and level of digital maturity. You will be involved during the sales process with new prospects, and be expected to project manage their successful onboarding.

Beyond the day-to-day, this is an exciting opportunity to play a role in helping to shape the Italian team. You will contribute to training material, assist in building new processes, and inform the strategy behind the new services we look to deliver.

Key Outcomes:

  • Language skills: fluency in English & Italian is a must (other languages are a plus)
  • Paid Advertising knowledge
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the field
  • Experience in Display adv, Google Marketing Platforms, Meta, Google Ads
  • Experience in other Social Media Networks (LinkedIn/Pinterest/TikTok Ads) is an advantage
  • Results-oriented with the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Structured and responsible way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
  • Personal initiative and innovative spirit
  • Interest in digital trends

About You:

  • You have good knowledge of CM360 and DV360.
  • You will have experience of campaign managing, optimization and reporting
  • You will be passionate about ad technology and how it can shape digital marketing efforts.
  • You will be excited about the opportunity to work in a new team as opposed to an established division.
  • You’ll be a hands-on type, focused on detail and making things happen.
  • You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your projects.
  • You are native or have bilingual proficiency in Italian and have a good knowledge of the English language. Spanish is a plus.
  • You are Enthusiastic and passionate about digital marketing.
