We’re looking for a Senior Digital Experience Executive to take ownership of high-quality execution across SEO, digital PR, and content performance workstreams. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll blend technical expertise with creative thinking to drive measurable client outcomes.
You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, running technical SEO audits, supporting reactive PR activity, and ensuring client visibility across both search and media landscapes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong eye for both detail and opportunity.
Take ownership of day-to-day execution across SEO and digital PR workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery and consistency across all client accounts
Lead technical SEO audits, identifying issues across crawling, indexing, site structure, and performance, and translating them into clear, prioritised actions
Identify and act on reactive PR opportunities by monitoring news cycles, industry trends, and real-time search demand
Build and execute media outreach activity, including pitching, media list creation, and securing earned coverage across relevant publications
Support the development of content and organic growth strategies by identifying gaps, friction points, and optimisation opportunities
Track performance across SEO and PR activity, ensuring accurate reporting against KPIs and clear visibility of results
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of multilingual, technical, and creative outputs
Contribute to client communications, confidently explaining performance, recommendations, and progress updates
Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practice across SEO, PR, and analytical workflows
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and diagnose performance changes
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects to deadline
Confident written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting SEO insights to non-technical audiences
Good commercial understanding of how organic search contributes to wider business objectives
Crawlers: Screaming Frog (custom extraction, regex, API integrations), Deepcrawl / Lumar
SEO platforms: SEMrush, Ahrefs, SISTRIX
Analytics & reporting: GA4 (Explorations), Google Search Console, Looker Studio
Productivity & AI: Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Monday.com, Jira, ChatGPT / Gemini
2–4 years of experience in SEO, digital PR, or digital experience roles (agency or multi-client environment preferred)
Strong technical execution skills across SEO fundamentals and on-site optimisation
Experience delivering or supporting reactive PR campaigns and outreach activity
Proven ability to analyse data, identify performance changes, and turn insight into action
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
