As the Director of Analytics: USA, you are responsible for managing the analytics offering in the United States in line with industry and Incubeta global standards. You and your team will be responsible for delivering best-in-class analytics solutions to our clients using Incubeta’s Global Analytics Menu of Services. You will also be responsible for driving the team to build their skillset and our offering in the US and ensuring that both you and they are well-equipped to deliver all of the services that we offer. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for personally delivering to tier 1 clients where you are the best fit.
Salary range: $135,000 - $175,000 per year
You are required to:
- Manage the US Analytics Team
- Set and drive best practices across the team across all areas
- Maintain an environment of learning and growth in the team
- Ensure all analytics clients are being serviced to the highest standards and they are set up for future success with all implementations that we do
- Grow Analytics clients and look for new opportunities
- Working closely with other teams in Incubeta US offices and global teams
- Train and share knowledge both with your own team and the wider office
- Manage Tier 1 clients
- Deliver analytics training

As a Director of Analytics, you are required to set best practices for analytics implementation and data collection for your team and the US office by staying on top of industry changes and developments. You are responsible for providing your team with frameworks and foundations to allow them to work in a standardized and efficient manner across our US clients. You are responsible for ensuring that the work outputted by your team is of a high standard and in line with the best practices you have set. You are responsible for managing the more complex tier 1 clients and ensuring that your team has the necessary skill sets to deliver on their clients and that the work going out is always at the highest standard possible.
