OVERVIEW:
As a Medior Commerce Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the Commerce team, responsible for executing and optimizing Amazon commerce strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients (Vendors and/or Sellers). You will drive profitable outcomes by expertly managing Amazon content creation, product listings, and Amazon Ads campaigns, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Amazon Ads Management (Sponsored Products, etc.): Plan, execute, and manage complex Amazon Ads campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) using automation tools like Pacvue, ensuring target ROAS and performance goals are met.
- Content and Catalogue Optimisation: Lead the creation and optimisation of high-quality product content, A+ Content, and Brand Stories to drive conversion and search visibility on Amazon.
- Client & Vendor Management: Providing performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients. Proven experience working with both Amazon Vendor and Seller Central is highly desirable.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze Amazon performance data (e.g., sales, advertising metrics, content effectiveness) and translate insights into actionable optimizations, aligning with the market's data-led decision-making culture.
- Process & Tool Adoption: Champion the effective use of internal systems and tools (e.g., Pacvue, internal reporting) within the commerce function to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor client accounts and campaign performance to identify anomalies, bottlenecks, or delivery constraints. Take ownership of diagnosing root causes for underperformance (e.g., ad campaign issues, listing suppression, profitability drops) and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement effective and timely solutions.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon Commerce channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in Amazon Advertising
- Proficiency in using campaign automation/bid management platforms like Pacvue or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Store creation.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central is preferred.
- Experience with Zalando / About You and Bol is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for continuous improvement.
