We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paid Media Manager to join our Digital Media Activation Team. Reporting to the Paid Media Director, this role is responsible for implementing high-performing media campaigns and overseeing a team of Media Operations Specialists. The Paid Media Manager will ensure the delivery of quality media buying and optimization, maintaining the highest standards and reducing errors. This role is critical in driving efficiency, accuracy, and innovation within our media activation processes.
This role includes working closely with clients, client services, and other operational teams on cross-channel media strategies, optimization plans, and reporting. You as the Paid Media Manager will be responsible for managing a team, achieving both team and client KPIs, and ensuring high-quality execution. You will support the Paid Media Director in strategy development and client engagement, acting as the second-in-command to the Paid Media Director, you will step in as needed to ensure seamless operations.

You understand budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis to align campaigns with financial goals and thrive in dynamic environments, quickly adjusting to change while maintaining focus on key objectives.
