Finance Assistant Trainee

You will have to contribute to keeping the company's accounting and financial process up to standard and ensuring accurate financial reporting and control. By joining Incubeta you will have the chance to work with multiple international clients and the coolest brands!
Role and Responsibilities
- Will be supporting day-to-day transactions as needed
- Support on Credit Control activities (reporting, data entry, and contacting clients)
- Assisting in month-end processes (invoices calculation on different Google platforms)
- Processing invoices as per request

About You
- You speak and write in advanced Spanish & English (Italian & Portuguese would be a super plus)
- You can sign an internship agreement for at least 3 months with any university or business school in Madrid
- You have an innate curiosity and a willingness to share ideas, thoughts, and insights with your team and around the business
- You are energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and proactive
- You respect others’ points of view
- You possess excellent communication skills and work well with different departments across the business
- You are process-driven and demonstrate an ability to embed best practices across your work output
- You are enthusiastic and passionate about digital marketing.
- You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, etc)
- You have strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email, and presentation
- You must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine
- You’re capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
- You have great attention to detail and great accuracy
- You are excellent at working with Reports, formulas, and big amounts of data.
