The Role

You will be joining the Performance+ team as a Senior Performance Analyst - running paid media services. As a team we are guided and directed by results and innovation. There are great opportunities for progression as you’ll be given a lot of freedom and early responsibilities. Members of the team at all levels have the opportunity to drive a real impact on the team and overall business. There will also be close interaction with other team members who work on a wide range of digital channels, so the role will really immerse you in the digital marketing world with potential to get more involved in additional channels as you progress.

This is a role that is definitely for people who love data, the digital marketing industry and have the drive to really make a difference within the team. At Incubeta, this role gives a greater level of freedom and more opportunity to be creative and strategic than similar roles at other companies. Once trained up, the role will include helping develop strategy, both across existing clients and to bring in new business for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running paid search or paid social campaigns or both across Google/Microsoft Ads/Meta/Tik Tok/Pinterest/Snapchat with the aim to learn about more channels as you progress
  • Responsible for your own portfolio of clients independently and working with more senior members of the team on larger clients
  • Supports in the training of new team members and mentoring them
  • Acts as a senior point of contact where required for clients managed by Analysts
  • Get involved in team projects
  • Proactively optimising and growing accounts
  • Monitoring and reacting to fluctuations in performance
  • Problem solving to discover any factors which could be hindering performance and working towards a solution
  • Testing and driving innovation within your accounts and team and sharing learnings to benefit the wider team
  • Working with clients to achieve their long term growth objectives and explore new opportunities for growth with them
  • Regular communication with clients, delivering presentations and reporting
  • Involvement in new business opportunities and pitches
  • Setting up accounts and tech for new client go lives, as a team we regularly have new clients being onboarded

Key skills

  • Have at least 1 year’s experience in running Search/Social campaigns
  • Have client servicing experience
  • Have strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Have strong problem solving skills
  • Be thorough, proactive and inquisitive always looking to learn more
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
  • Have a strong interest in the digital industry
