Your Mission
As our Creative Delivery lead, you are the central operational partner at the heart of our global creative work. Your mission is to ensure every project is set up for success, delivered flawlessly, and contributes to our commercial goals.
You will lead our teams of Project Managers and Traffickers, guiding them to support the delivery of outstanding creative work that is on time, on budget, and true to the brief. You will collaborate with the New Business teams, as required, providing the critical scoping and operational planning needed to bring those opportunities to life. You will also be the crucial link between our clients' and end-markets’ needs and our delivery capabilities, using your insights to spot trends and continuously improve our processes and training.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
1. Drive Creative Scoping & Planning:
- Partner with commercial and client teams to support new creative requests. This includes ongoing work within Markets as well as support on new business scope where needed.
- Take the lead on scoping new creative projects, ensuring that all cost estimates and project plans are accurate, realistic, and profitable.
- Support the markets to translate client business problems into clear, actionable briefs for the internal creative and delivery teams.
- Consult on commercial models with the in-market teams where support is needed
- Ensure any requests for contractors are justified by a clear business need and are built into our resourcing plans.
2. Lead the Project Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Directly manage, mentor, and support our team of Project Managers and Traffickers.
- Oversee their work to ensure all projects are delivered successfully—meeting budget, timeline, and quality standards while protecting our profitability.
- Maintain a clear view of project health, team utilisation, and financial performance.
- Ensure the processes for scoping, tracking, and delivering projects are efficient, consistent, and followed correctly across all markets.
- Support the team to identify potential upsell opportunities from creative projects with the aim to support markets turn creative projects into retainers
- Act as the senior escalation point for your team, helping them problem-solve issues like scope creep, resource conflicts, and delivery challenges.

3. Oversee Financial Health & Business Reporting:
- Align team efforts with overarching business priorities, ensuring that project delivery directly contributes to strategic goals.
- Lead the end-of-month closing process for the creative hub, preparing and presenting key performance data for the monthly hub business review.
- Manage the accurate and timely provision of recharges for each market to the finance team for allocation to end markets.
4. Analyse Trends & Develop Training:
- Review and analyse incoming requests from clients and global markets to identify common trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Use these insights to develop targeted training for both our client-facing teams (to help them sell in work effectively as well as proactively manage the client to scope) and your project management team (to improve their delivery skills).
What We're Looking For
- Creative delivery experience: Experience within a creative agency delivery background is essential, with a strong understanding of creative delivery outcomes, design software, and workflows, paired with a technical curiosity to drive creative efficiency.
- An Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record of managing and mentoring project management or client service teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A Commercial Thinker: You are comfortable with the numbers. You have strong experience in scoping creative projects profitably and creating accurate cost estimates and timelines.
- An Excellent Problem-Solver: You can anticipate challenges, connect the dots between client requests and delivery realities, and proactively find effective solutions.
- A Great Communicator: You build strong, collaborative relationships and can translate complex information into simple, actionable steps for both clients and internal teams.
- Proactive & Highly Organised: You are a self-starter who can confidently manage multiple priorities and keep our global creative operations running smoothly.
