The Role

  • Be the driving force for growth both for the client and IncuBeta. This includes leading client strategy, meetings, preparing case studies and partner engagement.
  • Support clients in delivering the most impactful and efficient digital media strategies and help them analyse the data, trends and performance.
  • Helping the clients create detailed digital media plans across all key disciplines in order to reach their KPI’s.
  • It’s your goal to ensure all the campaigns are up and running, which means you are responsible for the budgets and the monthly invoices.
  • Work alongside a team of media consultants to drive and lead your dedicated Support Team making sure they are consistently delivering the right outcomes.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related subjects.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing in account management or a related role.
  • Native level of English in writing and speaking.
  • Strong commercial acumen, client oriented and highly motivated.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in Account Management on client or agency side.
  • A true people person - comfortable with collaboration and can build internal relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales/Consultants/Ad Operations).
  • Excellent organisational, and problem solving/decision making skills.
  • Strong paid media knowledge & commercial acumen is a must, other related skills highly regarded.
  • Last but not least, you are curious and interested to know more about the latest developments in the digital industry.
